To be independent doesn’t mean doing everything on your own, it means giving yourself choices. Our staff is prepared to provide varying degrees of support specialised to your needs. Whether it be temporary or long term, these choices can make home a place of comfort and stability.

As part of this new way of living, it’s imperative for us to continue providing regular assistance to you and your family. Preserving a high level of cleanliness has never been more essential. Our teams continue to follow current and evolving safety precautions as outlined by the NDIS and the Australian Government.

From Domestic to Financial Management. To further extend our avenues of support, Fine Care will be moving forward with a new service, support coordination, support work, group activities, nursing, accommodation, assist with life stages, and personal grooming.

Plan Management takes care of the financial administration side of NDIS plans. This involves the handling and processing of invoices, claiming of funds from the NDIS and payments to service providers. Handling NDIS funding can be challenging and feel like a burden, especially when you’ve got enough on your plate. You’re not alone. Fine Care Plan Management can take on the responsibility of your plan finances while still empowering you to have choice and freedom over your support.

We’ll work as a financial intermediary to assist you with

  • Setting up accounts and making payments.

Fine Care COVID-19 Response Plan | NDIS

At Fine Care, we are always committed to keeping our staff and clients safety at the highest priority when providing domestic cleaning services. In response to the current pandemic, we have implemented extra health and safety precautions to ensure that our customers and team remain protected from COVID-19.

Our change in policy makes sure that team members will:

  • Frequently handwash and use of an alcohol-based hand sanitiser before entering the premises.
  • Mandatory selective protective equipment including; gloves, face masks, shoe covers and clinical gowns.
  • Provide Contactless Biohazard Cleaning and sanitisation to all staff. 
  • Paying special attention in cleaning areas of high risk, i.e. handles, remotes, switches and more.
  • Staff are required to stay home if they are feeling unwell or come into contact with anyone affected by the virus.

Furthermore, to better support you, we have introduced Plan Management, support work, support coordination, nursing, group activities, accommodation, assist with life stages and personal care at your Owen home to help you with your day to day and make life just a bit easier. Through this, we will be able to assist you in looking after your provider bills, shopping chores , daily activities, personal grooming, medication management, and handling admin work such as processing invoices, auditing and more, all within NDIS guidelines.

It is understandable that during times like this, people may be feeling a bit anxious, afraid, and overwhelmed. So at Fine Care, we’ve gone the extra step to create a Hotline. A safe space to talk anytime, anywhere. We’ll be posting more information about this new service shortly.
